Propfly and its affiliates (collectively, “Propfly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect about you through:

• Account information, including your account log-in information for third-party websites, services, or applications, like Facebook and Google, when you choose to link these accounts to PROPFLY Websites and 
• Other Information (as defined below), to the extent we are required to treat such information as Personal Information under applicable law. 

Collection of Personal Information 

We and our service providers collect Personal Information in a variety of ways, including:
 

• Directly through the Services when you provide it to us.
   

• We collect Personal Information through the Services, for example, when you fill out a user profile when using our Services, register an account to access the Services, fill out and submit an online contact form to us when using our Services, request a market analysis of your home, or contact us by telephone or email.

• For operating and expanding our business activities, for example, understanding which parts of our Services are of most interest to our users so we can focus our energies on meeting our users’ interests. 

We engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you, comply with a legal obligation, and/or promote our legitimate business interests. 

Sharing and Sale of Personal Information 

We may disclose all Personal Information categories identified in this section above to the following groups:
 

• To our affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. 
• To our third-party service providers and business partners to perform functions on our behalf (for example, to support the delivery of PROPFLY Websites).
   

• These can include providers of services such as data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, user support service, email delivery, auditing, and other services. 

• By using the Services, you may elect to disclose Personal Information.
   

• On message boards, chat, blogs, and other services to which you are able to voluntarily post information and content. Please note that any information you post or disclose through these services will become public and may be available to other users and the general public.

We and our service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:

• Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly. 
• We may use third-party tools to automatically collect information about how you use our Services. This information includes any actions you take on PROPFLY Websites including links visited, session details and duration, and what you type into the PROPFLY Websites. This information is collected to help us identify how our users use our Services, to ensure our Services are working properly, and to improve how and what we offer on our Services.

Cookies allow us to collect information, including browser type, time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other traffic data. • Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, serve you with advertisements, and compile statistics about usage of the Services and response rates. 
• We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends. In some instances, you may be permitted to allow or deny such uses and/or sharing of your device’s location, but if you do, we and/or our marketing partners may not be able to provide you with the applicable personalized Services and related content.

If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we may use and disclose it for the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information as detailed in this Policy. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information. If we do, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Opting Out of Marketing Communications 

We give you choices regarding our use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes. You may opt-out from receiving marketing-related emails from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out via the opt-out link in the message itself.  

How you can access, change, or delete your Personal Information 

Consumer privacy laws or regulations in certain jurisdictions may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of Personal Information. The following section applies solely to individuals who reside in specific jurisdictions that provide consumers with additional privacy rights..
 

• Right to Access Specific Information and Data Portability Right. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:
   

• The categories of Personal Information we collected about you, 
• The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you, 
• Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information, 
• The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information, 
• The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you (also called a data portability request), and 
• If we disclosed Personal Information for a business purpose, the business purpose for which Personal Information was disclosed, and the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient obtained. 

• Right to Correct Information. You have the right to request we update Personal Information about you that is incorrect in our systems. 
• Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information about you that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) the Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies. 
• Right to Opt-out of the sale of Personal Information or sharing of Personal Information for Cross-Contextual Behavioural Advertising. To opt-out of Personal information sales or sharing, send an email to info@propfly.in Please clearly state in the subject line or the body of the email that you are requesting that we do not sell or share your Personal Information. 
• Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information Use. You have the right to limit the use of sensitive Personal Information regarding you. 

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. 

 

SECTION 5: RETENTION PERIOD 

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. 

To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the following:

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, and/or any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. 

In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, including Apple, Meta, Instagram, Google, Microsoft, or any other app developer, app provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Services. 

SECTION 7: USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS 

The Services are not directed towards or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. SECTION 8: SENSITIVE INFORMATION 

Unless we request it, we ask that you not send us through the Services, or otherwise disclose to us, any sensitive Personal Information, including social security numbers, payment card or account information, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background information, or trade union memberships. 

SECTION 9: UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY 

This privacy policy is subject to undergo change and review without any prior notice or approval. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes. Your continued use of the Services following any changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
